1. About the service
Smart Pharmacy ERP is a cloud-based pharmacy management system. It provides software functions for pharmacy operations such as sales, inventory, purchase-related workflows, expenses, financial controls, human resources and reporting according to the subscribed plan.
2. Account and pharmacy information
You must provide accurate account and pharmacy information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your staff use the service appropriately.
3. Trial and subscriptions
An eligible pharmacy may receive one 7-day full-feature Free trial for its pharmacy licence. During the trial, the pharmacy may use the complete ERP feature set without a daily business transaction limit, subject to normal security, technical, storage and acceptable-use controls. When the trial expires, trial data is not deleted merely because of expiry, but operational access requires a paid subscription. Paid access is activated or extended after the applicable subscription payment is received and approved, and feature access then follows the selected subscription package. Current plan features, prices and durations shown at purchase or renewal apply to that transaction.
4. Pharmacy responsibility
Smart Pharmacy ERP is operational software. The pharmacy remains responsible for medicine dispensing decisions, prescriptions, regulatory compliance, tax/VAT treatment, stock verification, pricing, patient/customer interactions and the accuracy of data entered by its users. The service does not replace professional pharmaceutical, medical, accounting or legal judgment.
5. Medicine and other reference data
Preloaded medicine or reference information is provided to assist data entry and operations. Users should verify medicine, batch, expiry, price, tax, regulatory and other critical information before relying on it in a transaction.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, use another pharmacy's account without authorization, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, network problems, third-party services, infrastructure failures or security events may cause interruptions. Features may be improved or changed while preserving reasonable notice where a change materially affects paid use.
8. Referral and marketing program
A referral code identifies a marketing/referral person; it is not a discount for the pharmacy unless a separate offer expressly says so. Referral attribution is frozen when an eligible pharmacy signs up with a valid code. Under the current program, the referrer may earn the frozen percentage on eligible subscription money actually received and approved from that pharmacy during the first four calendar months from signup. No commission is earned merely because a pharmacy signs up or submits a payment request. Rejected or unapproved payments do not create commission.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for expired subscriptions, security concerns, material misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or serious breach of these terms. Data handling following termination remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable operational retention requirements.
10. Payments and refunds
Subscription payments and cancellation/refund handling are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A payment submission is not the same as payment approval or subscription activation.
11. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Pharmacy ERP is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, improper pharmacy use, third-party outages, internet failure or decisions made without independently verifying critical business or medicine information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
